Part-Time or Relief Teacher

From time to time we require additional teachers in relieving positions or to stand in on a regular basis (e.g. one day per week) for our teachers who are still in training. The team has the opportunity to work with a leader in the field of early childhood education, Dr Anne Meade.

You must be passionate about teaching, an excellent communicator, and demonstrate responsive relationships with children and families. Investigation by children and adults will be a feature of Daisies. The teachers will love to learn and reflect - passing on their passion for learning to the children.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential. It is also highly desirable that applicants have some recent successful teaching experience in early childhood services
